ABOUT
Indigo Studio was created in 2017 by photographer Ana Araújo Silva.
Ana began her career in the fashion industry in 2010 at Farfetch, a pioneering fashion e-commerce company in Portugal. Between 2010 and 2017 she was a photographer and image editor in the in-house photography studios of companies such as Farfetch, Sonae Group (MO and Zippy), and Salsa - an experience that provided a holistic perspective on the creative and operational processes linked to image production for fashion brands.
Ana Araújo Silva was born in Porto and grew up immersed in the textile industry and fashion brands, which is her family's business. With a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a specialization in Photography, she has completed various training courses in complementary areas, such as: Digital Fashion Marketing, Creative Direction, Fashion Photography Post-Production in Berlin and Product Photography at Shopify's headquarters in Los Angeles.
In 2023 she became an ambassador for Canon Portugal. In 2024 she was awarded "Top 30 E-commerce Photo Studio professionals - Photography Maven" by Profoto, Pixelz and Creative Force.
